Cancellation and Refund

At The Tamarind Tree, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our attendees. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before purchasing your ticket.

Ticket Cancellation:

Cancellations and refunds will be done on the basis of the ticketing platform and its policies.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event date.

No-Show Policy:

No refunds will be issued for attendees who do not attend the event without prior cancellation.

Event Cancellation:

If the event is canceled or rescheduled by The Tamarind Tree or Paytm Insider, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders or tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.

Transfer of Tickets:

Tickets may be transferred to another person according to the procedure on the ticketing platform.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed as per the policies and procedures of the ticketing platform from which the tickets have been purchased .
