Our go-to man for all approvals. The man who stands behind our actions, as an all-round support system for any of our staff members. A ruthless CFO with the biggest HR heart. He’s the guy who ensures that we work hard and then play harder.

Be it a small light bulb, or the restructuring of a compound, inform him, and consider it done in no time. It’s a rare sight to see him on his desk, as he’s always up and about checking on things if not fixing them. A loving father, his kind nature manifests even in the team as he’s always concerned about our wellbeing. Our go-to for anything and everything operational.
Meet Vishwanath
The strength and muscle who ensures that we sleep safely at night, our very own ‘Madikeri Sipayi’, Vishwanath, is the head of security at The Tamarind Tree. ‘Captain’ as we lovingly call him, is an ex-army man, disciplined and old-school, who handles the most chaotic situations, unperturbed.

Calm, composed, and always ready for the next task. He’s the guy we depend on to carry out our perfectly designed weddings to execution. When he’s not working, you’ll often find him stirring up the most delicious biryani for the team!

Introducing Nandita, our fabulous dog mom to a gorgeous golden retriever! When she's not busy indulging in the wedding design world, she showers her furry friend with love and pampering. With her past life as a stylist, she's got an eye for art that's sharper than a tailor's needle!

With a knack for listening, understanding and visualising, he’s quite literally a ‘vish’ come true for clients planning dream weddings at The Tamarind Tree. He goes the extra mile to ensure that even the tiniest detail is given utmost importance. It doesn’t come as a surprise that clients turn into pals for him beyond the walls of The Tamarind Tree.

Soft-spoken, yet persistent and resilient, Aarti is the poised one who sets herself apart from our often loud and chaotic office! With an ever-smiling face and positivity like none other, she wins clients' hearts with her amiable nature. You'll often find her strictly following the protocol of social distancing from the office pets.

Meghna is a reliable and trustworthy individual with a calm and patient demeanor. She is known for her problem-solving skills and her ability to find solutions to any issues that may arise. When she's not working, you'll find her silently working on her next prank!

Ranjeeth is a digital ninja passionate about online marketing, mainly SEO and ADS. Obsessed with all things tech, he is an introvert who loves to relax with a good Netflix series, or horror movies or pursue his hobby of photography. A fitness enthusiast and health-conscious individual, Ranjeeth also enjoys spending time in nature, finding solace in the great outdoors.

He’s also passionate about photography and videography, bringing a creative edge to his work. Outside of events, he enjoys creating short films and exploring visual storytelling. Reliable and versatile, Vishnu blends coordination with creativity in every project.
