Meet Raghu
Be it a small light bulb, or the restructuring of a compound, inform him, and consider it done in no time. It’s a rare sight to see him on his desk, as he’s always up and about checking on things if not fixing them. A loving father, his kind nature manifests even in the team as he’s always concerned about our wellbeing. Our go-to for anything and everything operational.
Meet Jeevan
Our culturally diverse Rajasthani chokri was raised in Chennai and now works with us in Bangalore. Like an arrow that hits the bull’s eye, Jeevan is straightforward and gets the job done with no hassle. With years of experience planning weddings for people all around the world, she thrives on self-satisfaction after a perfectly executed wedding. If you don’t find her at the office, she’ll be cuddling with the dogs at The Tamarind Tree!

Calm, composed, and always ready for the next task. He’s the guy we depend on to carry out our perfectly designed weddings to execution. When he’s not working, you’ll often find him stirring up the most delicious biryani for the team!

Introducing Nandita, our fabulous dog mom to a gorgeous golden retriever! When she's not busy indulging in the wedding design world, she showers her furry friend with love and pampering. With her past life as a stylist, she's got an eye for art that's sharper than a tailor's needle!

With a knack for listening, understanding and visualising, he’s quite literally a ‘vish’ come true for clients planning dream weddings at The Tamarind Tree. He goes the extra mile to ensure that even the tiniest detail is given utmost importance. It doesn’t come as a surprise that clients turn into pals for him beyond the walls of The Tamarind Tree.
Meet Aarti
Soft-spoken, yet persistent and resilient, Aarti is the poised one who sets herself apart from our often loud and chaotic office! With an ever-smiling face and positivity like none other, she wins clients' hearts with her amiable nature. You'll often find her strictly following the protocol of social distancing from the office pets.
Meet Vishwanath
The strength and muscle who ensures that we sleep safely at night, our very own ‘Madikeri Sipayi’, Vishwanath, is the head of security at The Tamarind Tree. ‘Captain’ as we lovingly call him, is an ex-army man, disciplined and old-school, who handles the most chaotic situations, unperturbed.

Responsible. Dependable. Adorable. Our happy-go-lucky boy with a go-getter attitude never takes no for an answer. His willingness to learn and adapt has made him a favorite in all departments. There ain’t no mountain high enough for him to conquer!
Meet Ranjeeth
Ranjeeth is a digital ninja passionate about online marketing, mainly SEO and ADS. Obsessed with all things tech, he is an introvert who loves to relax with a good Netflix series, or horror movies or pursue his hobby of photography. A fitness enthusiast and health-conscious individual, Ranjeeth also enjoys spending time in nature, finding solace in the great outdoors.

Arjun is a dynamic individual with a diverse range of interests and talents. During the week, he is a finance professional, bringing his expertise and skill to his work. But on the weekends, he indulges in his passions as a biker and a Toastmaster. Arjun loves to socialize and is known for being a social butterfly, always eager to meet new people and try new things.

Sarisha, a sensitive soul from Dubai, has journeyed here to chase her dreams in the creative realm of marketing. Off duty, she revels into the makeup world and embraces all forms of creativity, infusing her content strategies and social media management with her passion. As a Mallu NRI, she eagerly tries to learn a new Kannada word with the team daily, not always pronounced right, but she tries!

Our biggest strength and the reason behind who we are, what we are, and where we are. She’s the one who pushes us to strive harder and rejoices in our victories. She chides us when she knows we have underperformed in our abilities and also gives us the liberty to leap into unexplored territories. The Tamarind Tree is her brainchild, her vision, and what we aspire to grow.
